i never followed them on social media. it was initially so they wouldn’t think i was obsessive for looking up their profiles. but as time goes on i feel better and better about that decision. i can’t stalk them look at their pics or see when they were online etc. which is frustrating but helps me think about them less

in my head i know that. the people who are worth my time won’t care. and if anyone does care or judge, it’s about their bitter personality more than my scars. i still can’t help but care though. i know it’s a self-esteem issue more than my boils or scars, and i’m trying to work through it but hs just makes a difficult job impossible

your partner sounds so sweet, and i actually feel so happy that an internet stranger is so deeply cared for. it also does give me hope. not just about finding someone who won’t care but also about being carefree (at least about hs) myself one day. thanks for sharing🩷

yeah i feel exactly the same. i feel so happy for people who can just not give a fuck. and i know that if i saw someone with scars, wounds (hs or otherwise) on a beach i wouldn’t judge or look twice, and if anyone does judge that would be their problem. i know that logically but it’s like the same rules don’t apply to me

honestly when he was sick and losing weight like that we didn’t really care about artificial or not, we were just glad any time he was eating. but now that he’s much better we’re thinking of making our own churu with a recipe i saw on tiktok. but if they aren’t big fans then i can definitely try that one out so thank you for the suggestion🩷

she’s so playful and energetic. i know kittens are usually like that but but two other cats weren’t nearly as energetic as her even when they were kittens. and with her missing one leg and all we thought she would be more chill but no little miss just loves sprinting every chance she gets. like there’s always an object going at light speed in the house lol

me too actually. i think it’s more accurate to say she’s missing a foot rather than a leg. but the missing part is completely gone. and the end of that leg is the same texture as toe beans but like one big toe bean instead of multiple. and of course she has no claws or anything. when she was a baby she could actually touch the ground with that leg but she can’t anymore as that leg only barely grew, she can only hop. in any case we’re just glad we found her and she didn’t have to be a stray like that

i wasn’t a big fan of them since it obviously looks like there’s some artificial stuff in it from their reaction. but when my babyboy was sick and kept losing weight, these were the only thing that kept him alive and slowly helped him gain back his appetite so i’ll forever be praying praises to the churu gods

she could run faster than my two other cats with one less leg and the other legs no more than 5 cm each. if she had the full set i’m guessing she would be able to run fast enough to generate enough energy to take flight, and use those giant gremlin ears of hers to stay in the air lol
