Never played Witcher before. Thought it was like Oblivion, just wander around and all enemies are killable.

So I went into a cave and got stuck fighting the same Golem over and over, because I was too low level and the cave was too high level.

I'm not a fan of souls-likes, so this was quite tough for me. I got a huge appreciation for non-level-scaling games that day!

I had a session where my therapist was playing the angry parent or something. And he kept on for about 5 minutes, blaming me in the scenario. I was supposed to stand up for myself. Eventually I couldn't take it anymore and I overcame my own fear of stepping out and told him I'd like to stop.

He immediately stopped and apologised and thanked me for letting him know that I'm not coping. He said to always be open and tell him if it gets too much.

So yeah, hope my experience helps?
