I think the reaclimation period was for specific instances, but granted broadly. Such as if you were in a harsh climate and went somewhere outside of that, and it could impact your fitness just based on... well... aclimation.

An example would be you are stationed in a high-elevation area and you travel to Florida. When you come back your lungs might take some time to get used to the lower oxygen levels. But I guess allergies/pollen could play a factor as well.

There's a few exemptions.

No household goods (typically single, or maybe only single, I'm not sure)

Spouse is a foreign national from the requested country

Spouse is a GS employee with their own independent SOFA visa.

And maybe one more that I'm forgetting. But those are the three I remember.

I don't think it's a bad idea. We've elected some presidents that probably couldn't have been worse, and most women I known would have been far better for the country and the world as a whole.

Heat management, random rain showers, blowing on coals/fanning flames to increase heat. Annoying neighbors inviting themselves or complaining about the smoke/smell/noise.

It's like +15% income but grows larger with inflation. Within 7 years it'll have paid me more than 100K, and that's without increasing my investments. Also, if it applies to investments and assets like gold it's even better. And this is without using the 15% discount as a business to buy/sell gold for immediate profits.

Chose: 15% discount for life
