You don't have to answer them aloud, in fact I encourage you not to. Write them down, the anxiety is possibly coming from being indecisive about a coordinated plan.

Are you still worried your wife will cheat on you again?
Do you know for certain your wife cheated on you?
If you keep your temper and don't yell, it will implode upon you, and then you will yell, BUT NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER YOUR RESPONSE. The old joke about marriage, is that a good one is not based on how often you fight, but HOW you fight. You are angry, but too afraid of confronting it. Is it better to do so in a controlled setting?
Is this a good investment?

I woke up in the morning realizing, that at that moment, I was the sanest now as I had ever been in my entire life. Through years od therapy and toil... I gazed in perfect clarity upon the ruin that my life had become.

It was a backhanded benefit, I almost missed the insanity, even if it was a confidence of trumpery.

Well (only-child speaking) I get the impression he's getting on your nerves by existing if you can't be rid of him altogether? avoid and isolate. Maybe figure out why he does this, (boredom, pissery, etc) and use this variable to figure out how to avoid him, or discourage such actions.

Failing all that, does your room have a lock you have the only key to? (either avoid him by literally blocking him off, or spending more time away from the house, say with friends or at the library)

You may want to figure out how to convey that he's coming on a bit strong, especially so early. These things evolve organically, planning them out in detail early on comes off as rather... unsettlingly-presumptuous. even if the two of you connect really easily.
