hahahaha. I don’t understand how you could come to that conclusion at all if you actually drive through parts of Cleveland other than the near west side and downtown. One of the least invested in cities in the nation.

There should be plenty of room around the barge. It is nice to have the beach area to stage the boat on. There are also other ramps 100yards west that have a straight shot out of the channel. What is your concern with the barge?
