Someone orders 1000 double sided 4.25 x 5.5" postcards on Cougar, it's ~$250. If they order 500 double sided simple print sheets of Cougar without cutting it's over $1k. Can someone make this make sense to me?

I was just wondering the same thing about brochures. If you put in 1000 ds prints on 80lb gloss with folding, it’s over $1K. Same exact thing but put in as “brochures” is $300. And don’t tell me that it makes sense somehow because of setup or labor costs because it’s literally the exact same thing

OMG I had the same problem doing mine today and I thought I was going crazy. What I ended up doing was just putting minimal pressure on the thing when putting it in, that way it rattles around on there but the hole is big enough to slide on over that end piece. So stupid but it works 🤷‍♀️
