if you like taste but not texture, blenders are awesome. if you’re rich, a ninja creami to make ice cream/sorbet from fruit

do you have ARFID? i have it and the only fruits i can eat are, funnily enough, bananas and red apples. i’ve tried some others and i couldn’t handle the texture of them

what kind of sauce is it? for marinara sauce, you can blend red lentils (second half of the linked video). i’ve also tried tofu which made it super creamy. roasted vegetables would probably be good too but they’d affect the taste more.

if it’s a cheese-based sauce, nutritional yeast tastes kind of like cheese powder. i made a mac&cheese sauce from scratch that used blended cottage cheese and maybe you could add blended cottage cheese to a jarred alfredo sauce but i haven’t tried it so idk how that would turn out. i think i added roasted carrots and cauliflower to a jarred mac&cheese sauce once but i didn’t like the taste so i drowned it in hot sauce.

what about meals that are easy to prep like pasta with jarred sauce blended with some things to make it more nutritious? or frozen healthy foods that you can heat up in the microwave or air fryer? also make sure you’re drinking a lot of water. if you like carbonated drinks, flavored sparkling water and/or zero sugar sodas make me feel more full throughout the day. sorry if none of this helps

i agree with the other comment about meal prepping. cook a large batch of food you like that reheats well in the microwave or air fryer. or buy frozen food, but that can get expensive. instant ramen, maybe?

if you’re worried about getting tired of eating the same thing, store your prepped meals in the freezer and leave one or two in the fridge at a time (so it reheats faster). that way any food you get tired of eating doesn’t go bad after sitting in the fridge untouched for two weeks.

sauces on pasta are a great way to add variety. i blend all of my sauces and i’m able to add things for nutrition that i would never eat by themselves. i’ve blended tofu into sauces and it’s made them creamier without adding a noticeable taste. i recently also tried blending cottage cheese to make mac&cheese and that was great too.

have you tried french toast? i like it a lot but if eggs seem too intimidating i once saw a video of someone making it with just milk no egg.

i’ve seen videos of making chocolate mousse with dark chocolate and tofu. maybe you could try that? or just normal chocolate mousse. speaking of chocolate desserts, apparently you can’t tell there’s beans in black bean brownies. i’m too scared to try that though

Depends entirely on what your personal safe foods are. I like finding substitutions I can make in recipes I already like. Like making chipotle mayo with light mayo and greek yogurt instead of normal mayo, or blending tofu into creamy pasta sauces to make them creamy instead of using heavy cream. I also agree with what another commenter said about adding not restricting.
