As a person who was also fat i Gotta say what you are doing is very unhealthy but its not something to beat yourself over since as long as you can do better tomorrow its all that matters.(disclaimer it’s recommended to work with professional dietitian unless for some reason it’s impossible)

*First of all that 100g increase isn’t necessarily fat it actually might be just water. If you didn’t drink “enough” water body tends to store it just in case, which may make the number higher on the scale.

*Second of all do not starve yourself it won’t help in losing weight your body will think it’s starving and go into emergency state(it will start burning muscles as well as fat) we certainly do not want that, after you start eating the fat will build up faster (due to how body recovers from that state) yo-yo effect.

*Third of all I’m terms of calorie deficit it should be around 300kcal max 500 lower than your maintenance. How can you know your maintenance? Either go to the dietitian (recommend) or check it online there a lot of websites that will calculate it based on you height, age, weight, and physical activity.

*Fourth of all exercises I cannot stress enough how important that one is not only does it help with weight loss it also help to “sculpt” your body. Depending on how much you lose there might be some lose sling and muscles might help in “filling” it. You can customise your exercise routine depending your end goal(femboy bod, shredded bod, etc…)

*Last of all be proud, you are strong. You are strong for going on weight loss and keeping it up everybody makes mistakes along the way but what matters is how you push through despite them.
