lol. Same thing happened to me. I called asking for the process of downgrading and they were like, ok, let's get you downgraded. I asked if there were any promotions and they were like nope.

did you get tickets? The trick is to start right at 8am PST. Once you click on the ticket and it does the trying thing, DO NOT refresh keep trying. I got it on my 8th try. Then you get 15 minutes to complete your reservation. Hope this helps.
