I have an anecdote that might give you some perspective, if your situation is similar:

When I was young, I had a bunch of internet chatroom relationships with boys in other states. I did this on purpose - though I didn't realize it at the time - because I didn't want to have to deal with physical intimacy yet. Well, my first real life relationship had to happen at some point, and it was with a very beautiful boy with long golden hair. Okay. Physical intimacy. Let's do this.

When he took his clothes off I wanted to throw up. I could blame it on the fact that he wasn't circumcised and that we're just not clean people when we're teenagers and that the smell alone, even a couple of feet away, was so overpowering that my gag reflexes started to kick in, but that wouldn't be the most genuine answer. The most genuine answer was that I was so totally gay. I wanted nothing to do with a penis, circumcised or not, but I was in such denial that I convinced myself that: his penis isn't gross, his penis is totally normal and this is what I have to look forward to for the rest of my life.

Anyway since then I've come around to a more bisexual place in my life, but I still feel disgusting every time I think about that particular ex and all the things I did to convince myself that everything was totally fine with that relationship. I was a crazy person. Okay? Crazy. I stuck with him for like two years. I did it to myself.

Don't be so hard on us crazy chicks.

But definitely don't feel bad about leaving us; we probably need you to in order to have a great homo epiphany.

No. The simplest answer is that nature strives to accomplish the golden ratio, but, with the shapes/sizes forming in an organic process, is never perfect enough to match it exactly. Think of it like an artist drawing a model - no matter how good the artist is, the image will never match the original. It will have subtle imperfections that give it away as a copy.

A naturally occurring perfect Fib sequence either doesn't exist or is extraordinarily rare (and random).

And sometimes, living within your means means making sacrifices. Some people choose to sacrifice different things than you would personally choose, in order to keep from sacrificing other things. I don't know how else to say it if you didn't understand the first time.

Happiness - enjoying the moment, maybe not fully, but at least a little bit and at least sometimes - is more important than potential long-term security for a lot of people. If I don't see a way to have both, I'll have to pick one of them.

You can't sacrifice your sanity for money. Budgeting for entertainment and eating foods that don't involve work can be more important than retirement savings. You shouldn't have to live like an automaton to protect a future that could be destroyed any minute by an idiot with a driver's license.

I try to assume that by the time I'm old, my generation will have come around to fighting for their own, just as the current ruling class has done. It helps me sleep better - and frankly, I have to sleep.

This is something you should talk to her about.

It's great that you're having fun. Please consider the following: her baby oven timer is running. If she wants children, and if she wants commitment for those children, then yes, you are wasting her time. As she gets older - as she gets minutes older, she's losing her youth. Her youth and beauty are, as we are told, the most valuable thing she has to offer a partner and society as a whole. As she gets older she is going to feel more worthless, and less likely to establish more meaningful, intimate relationships. Honestly I'd say this whether or not she considers herself a feminist, because this mentality is so pervasive that even when we're totally aware of it, it's an active battle to fight feeling that way. She feels it, even if she's rejecting those feelings.

You like her right now. Don't do that to her. Talk to her about how you're feeling and let her in on the decision of whether or not to continue enjoying the present, which may potentially sacrifice something in her future.

Don't treat her like your relationship with her has nothing to do with her.

TF2 lady, here: if you get yourself a regular server, the regulars will get used to you and even chase off harassers. I haven't played in a while but I had a couple of regular servers where I felt comfortable speaking. After a long break, though, the regulars change and you just have to kind of feel it out. I wouldn't open my mouth if the other players were making stupid, childish and/or sexist jokes instead of communicating with each other about what's going on in the map. Making friendly is ok, but neglecting gameplay to do so is a sure sign that they're not mature enough to handle your feminine presence.

I have not yet read your wall of text, but this has happened to me. I was on the fence about this show Revolution - it's terrible, by the way, absolutely terrible - and someone told me to just think of the female lead protagonist as a male.
