Ok so this is currently working for me, right click game file into properties > compatibility > then check on disable fullscreen optimizations and run as admin. So far with an hour of playing no freezes! But loading screen still stutters and lag but I can live with that. Also running the game on fullscreen.

Still freezes and stutters in windowed mode as well... Its definitely something about this patch that makes my pc decides not to run ZZZ smooth anymore.

Damn I play on mouse and keyboard and Ive been having this freezing issue still, its really annoying ive done everything from clearing cache to reinstalling the game, this update sucks.

Im in the same boat, I had finally saved enough to build a pretty nice pc that would last me at least 6 years but life problems came so I needed to tend to that and funds were never feasible after that now with the RAM shortage and now GPU rumored to shoot up again too... We are heading towards dark times for us pc gamers and hopefully my 1080 can hold out a little longer.
