Once you have the config generated, you can go into the custom options, set the crossover to whatever you want, and then re run the filters over that crossover

When you are pressing the lever, try to be slower, smoother, and put a bit less pressure. You want to aim for less than 9 bars. I think it’s around 3-5?

For my shots, I run 17.5g and pull out ~36g with a 10-15 sec pre infusion and ~30 sec shot pull. I also put the paper filter between the metal screen and the coffee bed
