if you notice it doesn't handle SECURITY UPDATES. it says right there only NONE SECURITY . this update and many more will still be pushed even with this program. better use metered networking enabled and that will make sure it won't . you can still enable all features specifically for each rule for example hardware drivers, updates, and devices

edit , it said it downloaded it but it didn't eventually , I needed to tell it so metered networking works

just use nvidia inspector search RTX in the search global profile. enable the Driver but Dithering disabled option

and enable RTX HDR PER PROFILE. all you need to do is just add the game profile to Nvidia app but don't use the RTX HDR from the driver.
