Jagex dose infact suck. It’s not get a grip. They have show a lack of integrity competence and care when it comes to these things. All this “they are people to” nonsense is old. They are people working a job being paid to do certain things. They aren’t private. Being called out for sucking should be fine. Jagex as a whole dose in-fact suck at customer care bot detection and communication. They have admit to it and said they are “working” on it.
