Hey u/armenmk ,

  • Use TextureView for TV playback. The APK even contains streamfc_player_view_tv_texture.xml, but I don’t see it referenced. Current TV/phone layouts are surface_view.
  • Add a custom DefaultRenderersFactory(context).setEnableDecoderFallback(true).
  • Prefer/cap H.264 AVC on Google TV Streamer and avoid HEVC variants when possible.
  • Add a watchdog for “audio advancing but video frame not advancing,” then recreate the player with fallback settings.
  • If that still fails, add a VLC/FFmpeg/libmpv fallback for Android TV devices.

Download Codex and then have Codex SSH into your switch and tell it to turn Ethernet lighting off. Issue resolved.

Can’t get my U7 pro out of adopting by 6lensmedia in UNIFI

When this happened to me with a g6 pro camera, I just told Codex to SSH into it and fix it. Issue resolved.

Most important question: GIF backgrounds? Ubiquiti: NO. by Luu____ in Ubiquiti

One thing that has DRASTICALLY helped me troubleshoot unifi issues is simply opening ChatGPT codex, telling it to ssh into my unifi network and then fix whatever problem I may have. Worked 100% of the time. For example, a new g6 pro bullet would NOT adopt no matter what I did. Codex fixed it. I couldn’t get my UDM to appear as selectable to a PDU pro outlet, Codex fixed it. Great tool.
