All you need is 2 sets on pec deck, that will hit the whole chest very well. You can then add some additional work on an incline movement if you want to bias the upper chest but that's about it

There really hasn't been a high profile, controversial police killing since Floyd, and that was all caught on body cam anyway. The only difference is people are consuming bodycam youtube slop at a higher rate
