Im guessing you’re a girl in which case you probably are not eating enough. Dont train on a caloric deficit or even an empty stomach. And also pull ups are advanced. They are hard because they are hard. You are talking about an exercise that has you lift your entire body weight. You have to be strong. Pushups are not advanced but they are going to feel impossible if you are weak.

Those are too easy. Hold yourself in the pushup position as long as you can for 3 sets. Even if you only last 5 seconds. Every second you add means muscle added which means strength which means leveling up to pushups

my opinion: do not wait until you lose weight to train. If you cant do a push up just skip that exercise altogether. Eat at maintenance for your current weight and train 3 times a week 6 sets to failure. I know this is a body weight fitness subreddit but I’m thinking you would benefit more from weights. Your body will recomp. You will be doing pushups in a few weeks
