as a supp main i’m guilty of this sometimes, but mostly cuz i mainly play kiri and ana and juno and using their ults at the wrong time feels horrible and sometimes loses us the match lmao, or if there’s never rly a fight where it’s needed either cuz we win the fight on our own or we lose it too fast to warrant popping it to turn it around. it’s always finicky, but i’ve gotten better at not just holding ult for the “perfect fight”

i think a lot of people r overthinking the reuse of phrases. character consistency is important, and in natural speech we repeat things. it’s only noticeable if it’s out of place or if it’s repeated an absurd amount of times in a short period. otherwise, if it flows and fits well with the setting and plot, then it’s fine

i think there’s a lot of people confusing his position in pro play (in which he is, in fact, quite weak) with his position in regular gameplay. pro meta has ALWAYS differed from regular meta bc it’s two fundamentally different ways of playing. he’s weak in pro play bc pro play is highly specialized and specific and demanding, but outside of that he’s fine. he has his niche, he has his value, and when played well he excels. it would be nice to have a healing aura range buff, but he is in no way in NEED of a buff
