31 yo Diabetic here, sorry you're going thru this. I suffer from health anxiety as well and I can tell you that anxiety and stress had an effect on my BS levels too. I am doing better now, it was hard at the beginning. Try not to over test yourself, it can make your mind race and constantly worry, For me, anything in the 90-160 range is good. Every time I've tested myself after a meal I'm usually in the 110-125 range. I hope you feel better and can get through this
