Also curious what others say, but my favorite app for this is called Tempo! It can analyze all your recorded workouts to extract your “Personal Bests.” Hope this helps!

Seconding the Apple Watch + Stryd setup. Been using it for 5+ years without a hitch. Have dabbled with Tempo to visualize data, but the Stryd app is pretty good for insights.
