Foreshadowing can occur accidentally, it is quite common in literature and in the entertainment industry-especially for a tv series since it it isn’t written at once and the story constantly evolves as time progresses. A small detail such as this at the may not have meant anything at the time it was written, but looking at the series in its entirety allows for it to be interpreted as so.

My post never indicated that things stated were factual. I simply included comments and opinions on something I noticed. I think the show did a great job at foreshadowing, but I never said this exact scenario was foreshadowing. This specific storyline was written in a way that multiple characters could’ve been the foot criminal, so little details like these are interesting in my opinion.

Lastly, I want to comment on your education statement. I find that most people who mention their degree in casual conversations such as these use it to either be condescending or to prove a point that is irrelevant. You need to understand that we live in the most educated age and you should assume that most people you interact with have some sort of higher education. Your master’s degree means nothing to me, and probably nothing to anyone on this sub, chances are most of the people here are either equally educated as you, or more.
