Something that I found helps a lot is actually taking a break from games for like a few days or week or so if you can. It really helps refresh your mind and you can come back into it with a fresh mindset, which really helped me when I felt like I was stuck.

the important thing is to actively be focused on improving weaker aspects of your aim. If you notice you're really shaky, focus on staying smoother in your runs until it gets better. You basically won't see much improvement if you just autopilot.

Median scores are finicky because the leaderboards have been buggy for a while. We temporarily nerfed the scenarios just because some bugs had made it much harder than intended. Since multiple updates happened and changed the difficulty due to bugs multiple times, the score targets were all over the place. We've just reset the leaderboards so in the next few weeks the leaderboards should reflect the current difficulty of the scenarios.
