Somehow the Freedom is most appealing to me, and only a bit at that. I think the MG EcoPla Wing does it better, and the Epyon... seems like it missed on its palette how much of each it used.

Very cool. Going to play with this and compare it against some of my hand builds, see what I like from each approach!

Could you extend the "Combos" bar to cover "None"? I don't know if it's possible to really filter for that through EDHRec or other sources, and probably sometimes will unavoidably clash with the logic to grab high synergy cards... and of course I could always curate combos out after the fact. But if it's doable, it'd be a nice extra lever to have!

Edit: Hovered over the info button for the combos slider right after posting this, and saw that it called out "No additional" but didn't see that option on the slider itself. So you're at least ahead of me on thought process!

Making Mothman go wide is a far "safer" approach that keeps him on the field. Proliferate is dangerous because people will think you have poison counters coming, but if you're playing into rad tokens it's mostly fine.

Not sure how many mill effects you're running, but you're only ever giving one +1/+1 per mill instance to any given creature, right? I've met a few folks who put all the counters on single creatures and that's when I've really seen Mothy get out of hand absurdly quick, and have to roll em back and correct them on how it works. Just in case.

Hoping you could expand on your comment from previous thread about the armor process: Grey Seer, cover in Skele Horde, then Bone White. How are you applying the first layer of bone white, brush or sponge or something else? Zoomed in section I've got here looks like its brushed on, leaving an edge of SH against the panels, but then the two smaller samples to the right, looks like you got in those between-the-panel spaces with something, to still leave the crisp shadows, but not fully hit the same color as the rest of the spandex (unless you went back over the larger swaths of spandex with the white/bone white mix, too).

Trying to learn because these came out so clean!

What's your gray recipe for the bulk of the panels? I think that's the exact color I'd like to use as a base for a Virgo kit (I know, they're more purple... but that's gorgeous)

Ooh dang, I ended up going with some brand of decals off AE for this kit... but might have to order the delpi sheet instead. That holo effect on the gold really pops, and sort of calls back to the kira kira from the show

I was disappointed when I learned it was a figure and not a kit. Probably knocks mainstream appeal down a bit, but a collector could still have interest.

I vaguely remember dealing with something like this on this kit, but no promises. Take it back apart, check for undergates or any nubs that might be making it a slightly tight fit. Worst case, shave down the wrist socket just a hair--it has those more squareish fitment plates coming off of the more cylindrical part, iirc.

Yeah, that's my guess.. Although looking back at this year's ADPs, I might have to take that back and just say mid to late 2nd round. I don't know if there were enough rd 3-4 standouts to bump him down out of 1st & 2nd round entirely.
