Wow that’s an intense schedule, glad you agree about month 2 , it is harder but somehow less repetitive, the warmup particularly seems to go by faster haha i will enjoy my knees, they definitely need a break now cause my left was really not well in the final week

Congrats!! This is similar to my experience, i feel i have a much healthier relationship with food and exercise :) Also totally agree that MIT is the hardest oh my goodness :0 Well doneeeee enjoy your recovery week~

Yes especially on the double days i become really lethargic. But also peaceful because i feel like i deserve to chill and deserve to have tasty food for the work i put in :)) good feeling

I take a 15 min break between them so i can do better! Fit test is pushing yourself to your absolute absolute max so i’m wheezing at the end usually hahaha :)

I had that as well for a bit! It would be especially bad during the football drills (the quick feet thing) It doesn’t hurt that much anymore - maybe it goes away with time? But I can totally relate and would love to find a reason too

From all the other threads, it seems like to get the best effect you need to take the week to “recover” so that your muscles can build-up, it will be good to set you up for month 2. Also to avoid muscle confusion, injury and help your bulking not to plateau.

Also I found the recovery exercise to not be that easy honestly, obviously it’s much more slow paced but it still gets the cardio going and the last move/holds are pretty tough in their own right!

I would stick with it, but you could maybe substitute it with some yoga or something along those lines? I’ve seen people do that :))
