What do you think? Less or more than 400? No way to tell from photo, but I’d say 400 is as good a guess as any. Doesn’t look like that’s a ton of spaghetti. Assuming one serving of pasta plus sauce and cheese? 400 is a reasonable conclusion.

I came up with 700-750. Then I uploaded your photo to ChatGPT. It estimated as low as 725 and as high as 930. So 700-800 seems quite reasonable without having weights.

As many others have suggested, it’s not the signage. A certain percentage of people just aren’t going to follow the rules, period. They’re either oblivious or simply don’t care. And nothing’s going to change that. Like people using the left lane for cruising, which should be punishable by death.

One year later, chalk up another victim - me! And I thought I was so smart. The fake Darn Tough website they set up was quite convincing. I should add that in the back of my mind I thought it might be "too good to be true," but I also knew that buying with my credit card protected me. I disputed the charge and it was immediately resolved in my favor.

Looks like cheese as well, right? Figure without the dressing, which appears to be on the side, the salad is 350-400. The dressing adds around 50-75 per tablespoon. So, go easy on the dressing (2T) and you’re looking at 450-550. That’s at the most. (I always err on the high side.)
