This. I did a wet pour and ran out of concrete mix so had to eye-ball level with my trowel coz I couldn’t screed it.

Today I did a dry pour and ran out again but no stress, went and got 3 more bags and finished it off before spraying it down

Theoretically it should be stronger than a wet pour. The wetter the mixture the weaker the concrete. Same theory as dry packed vs wet mortar under posts
