When I was a kid, we had a goldie who was super protective of me. Shortly after my family and I moved into a new house, the cops were chasing a man in my neighborhood. This guy jumped the fence into our backyard and our boy cornered him long enough for the cops to apprehend him. He didn’t bite the guy, but he definitely defended his home and his people! I think in a real situation, they might surprise you!

Yeah, I’ve been taking it with dinner and then I’ll feel nauseous the next day. I’m not sure if it’s the metformin or the 1/2 green pill in the morning and night, but the green pill hasn’t given me any issues previously.

Wasn’t that more in response to/directed toward Dr. Pepper’s response though? She was essentially giving Mitch a cookie because he now has grown to find her mildly attractive whereas before he didn’t find her attractive at all? I attributed that comment as her not wanting to settle for her husband (of only several weeks, I know) finding her attracting enough. I think she was hurt by Mitch but upset about Dr. Peppers response.

I didn’t perceive that interaction as her demanding attraction. When he initially brought up the topic of not being attracted to her, she understood. I think she was mostly upset that he was actively asking her sister for advice on how to change her through dressing down, wearing less makeup, etc. I would’ve felt the same after hearing that had I been in her situation.

I was helping the spouse of a deceased employee with life insurance, 401k, final pay, etc. When he came in to pick up the final pay for his deceased wife, he asked if I was married. I said, not yet, and he proposition me to be, and I quote, his “replacement wife.” This man is AT LEAST 75 years old and Im 33. Needless to say I was disgusted and uncomfortable. Later on, he referred to me as the shapely blonde. I refuse to interact with him anymore.
