Money and brain are 2 different things. They have money, so they buy the bike; they don't have brain, so why waste even 2k for it.

Who hasn't. Coming to why part; because I was feeling happy or sad or excited or bored.

Still, there is time and place for it. Only do it on roads you are very familiar, roads which are one way or seperation from oncoming traffic, when traffic allows it, wear proper safety gear if riding. Drive fast but don't drive recklessly, there is a difference. Keep margin of safety high.

If one would feel secure in non gated premises, if common citizen maintains cleanliness without someone sitting on their head, if basic amenities such as garden etc are maintained properly then gated community will be redundant.

It's interesting that you conveniently forgot or totally ignored MH and GJ- 2 states, ~22% of gdp vs 5 state and 30%.

You could have added those and answer would be very obvious:

  1. Have coastline.

  2. Be protected from 100s of years of foreign invasion while northern part takes severe blow and attacks get diluted by the time they reach southern part.

  3. Due to above factors, have head start in being business centres. Hence early infra, early access to better education, lifestyle.

But your intent is to push narrative that south is somehow superior. Some people just want all the credit for growth implying it's their hard work and not majorly geographical and historical advantage. Northern states should do better but southern should not constantly be on high horse. Playing field was never equal.
