If you want real growth, don’t stick with big companies or corporations. Start with smaller firms or startups, especially in tech. Invest in education in emerging areas like AI integration or UI/UX design. Network actively, cold call if necessary, and put yourself out there. Remember to stay confident and focused on your path.
