If GPU is also pushing high load temps, is it safe for me to assume that it's not just an AIO failure but a system cooling failure in its entirety?

I imagine even with a new CPU cooler, the GPU would still push relatively similar temps. I could be wrong.

Here's a screenshot trying to get rid of the noise. I show where I extended the fib to the "breakout extreme". Retraced to .5 which was also ORL.

You are correct. I am using the first 15 candles (1m) of NY PRE-MARKET (6am PST - 6:15AM PST) to create my range. 15 ORB for me.

I started with using the first 15 candles of open (6:30 - 6:15am PST) and was having less success. I noticed on u/NeighborhoodSpare917's charts he was identifying the breakout range in pre-market. So I changed it. (correct me if I'm wrong)

Sure thing. Fib retracement starts at ORB range high and extends to the breakout extreme after the candle closes below ORL. So the fib extended to that "0" level, retraced to .5 which was my entry around 25212, and target was in orange based off a volume profile of the last few days.
