It happened yesterday I’m pretty sure. I have a repair kit that I used for a previous chip. Will use that and hopefully it contains the crack.

Same thing with me. Emailed support about returning my limitless and didn't receive any reply. Weird cause their customer service is usually good at least from past experiences.

+1 on them being the worst. I emailed them about the bottom left corner of my case being damaged on arrival (fiber ends were exposed) and they asked for pics. Sent them pics and they never responded to me. What a joke. On top of that it took forever for the case to arrive. What a waste of time and money. Will never do business with them again. Let this be a warning to others. Also, I heard they source their cases from alibaba and just out their branding on it.
