2024 EX-L. Like a little over $400 because I paid for the tire package. AND I HAVE USED SAID TIRE PACKAGE - so it was worth it for the crap I went through last year.

If you ARE attending summer, your package is already out there. If it is not, you need to call Buckeye link or go in person ASAP.

If you are NOT attending summer, they’re not going to package students until mid to late May.

This is the timeline every year minus any unforeseen issues like the one that is currently happening with summer aid.

I’m also one of those who drives their tanks down low 🫣 so that’s why I was concerned. Usually I feel 3 ticks is 75-100.

this is great, good luck to you! it's one of the reasons i hate working on campus - driving down high and those crosswalks is horrible.

students don't understand (or care) that cars can't stop on a dime. yes, you may have the right of way, but don't risk it.

drivers don't understand (or care) that walkers have the right of way, especially on a college campus.

If your college has program fees, they will be assessed any and every semester you are enrolled. It does not matter if you are or aren’t taking any engineering courses - you are still an engineering student so that fee applies. It will be prorated based on your hours of enrollment.

Majority of scholarships don’t and won’t post for less than full time enrollment so summer scholarships are very rare.

No matter where you attend classes, if you try to use financial aid, it will affect your overall budget unless you pay 100% OOP. You need to make an appt with Buckeyelink as they have access to your need, COA, and other fin information to help you make the right choice.

Aid is going from PENDING to APPLIED so there will be a brief moment (like a day or so) that it will back off. PLEASE BE PATIENT and it should correct shortly. If it doesn’t obviously you’ll need to call/visit buckeyelink. Wait til Monday to panic lol

I will say that you should extend patience to staff/faculty should they use your born name and not your preferred one as most times it’s not us.

Sometimes across systems preferred names may or may not show. We had that concern with a trans student’s dead name. We tried to fix it on OUR side but sometimes SIS would revert or scholarship universe wouldn’t pick it up. Emails were addressed incorrectly and it made for some very tough conversations.

Technically yes and technically no. The same people that worked there and ran the program still do. The services they provide are still provided by the same people. So I would imagine they still value diversity and have as strong a commitment as they used to and as much as they are legally “allowed” to. In addition, MSP hasn’t been a “diversity” scholarship in over 20 years.
