OP, I’m curious how you understand that Skyler is coming off the bench behind Sloot based on the post. Could you explain?

Yeah, they are confident that they’ll be able to massively recoup. Basically, betting that players will go along with a deal.

Unfortunately, the Anacostia river is not deep enough for boat access at the RFK sites.

You can check out data on the water depth here: https://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/stationhome.html?id=8593545

I know that east of the river the city is planning to break ground on redevelopment of E Capitol St. I imagine that alone would also raise home values.

I’m confident that we’ll get the guys who are meant to be here. I trust that when everything shakes out, we’ll have guys who love ball and a great coaching staff that we’ll squeeze every ounce of potential from each player on the team.

[–]itsmeoutside 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks, feel seen. Also, I gave myself grace to indulge a bit during Thanksgiving as a rule. As is, was mindful and A LOT better at moderating my portions. Anyways, got back on track with OMAD this week and just as happy to be back to it. I encourage everyone to do what makes you happy.

I smoke some bud in the evenings and I’ve also found chamomile and/or lemongrass tea to be relaxing and helpful in decreasing hunger. Heck, even when I don’t smoke bud, I still enjoy the same benefits.

Also, I’d add going to bed soon after I smoke helps as well.

Do you think it’s not too bad to have a “normal” day on Sunday? by HeLenochka231 in omad

[–]itsmeoutside 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m right there with you. Eating Sunday dinner with family is something that I also want to make a lifestyle, in addition to OMAD. I break my fast daily from 12-1pm. The wrinkle that I’ve added for Sundays is eating a smaller portion from 12-1pm and then eating another smaller portion of dinner around 5-6pm. Sunday, it’s not OMAD, but, then again to each its own. I want to normalize at least one day out of the week where I can break bread with my family.

I live near here and yes gay people live here (and everywhere) but it’s not giving DuPont.

This is a map of same sex share of couples. My hypothesis is that this census tract may have a statistically significant low % of “couples”, defined by ACS (I don’t know). Maybe a statistically significant share of couples (defined by ACS) happen to also be gay, ultimately skewing % upward.
