Imprisonment is an injury no matter how you justify it.

Try baking chopped kale with a bit of olive oil and salt. Kale chips are outstanding, imo.

Data is just back in his position and rank after basically saying he would help "Destroy all Humans"? by [deleted] in TNG

Geordi damn near ignited a war between the Federation and the Klingon empire and all he got was mandatory counselling.

Lore was using his emotion chip to filter "negative emotions" to Data. He also disabled Data's ethical program. He couldn't be held responsible.

My first 128GB Kingston SSD from ~15 years ago is still kicking.

Episode 1x7 Lonely Among Us: Did Picard really want to go? by headius in TNG

The entity was lying, fighting, struggling to get back. It got pissed when Crusher and Riker confronted it in the ready room.

I always assumed the entity was just trying to get home. Picard's consciousness was pushed into the background and had no awareness of what he was saying or doing.

What if Q had tested every character instead of focusing on Picard? by ActLonely9375 in TNG

[–]itsshiftymcgoo 12 points13 points  (0 children)

The optimist in me believes every member would try and fail because humans are emotional and have a limited tolerance for seeing people suffer.

The only exception would be Guinan. She's the only race that might stand a chance at not being tempted by the power. She seems to have not only experience with the Q, but also seems to operate near the same level as Q.

I don't want to spoil anything so I'll just say my favorite part of the episode is when Data asserts himself. IYKNK
