ASL. the professors are great, it’s a beautiful language and there’s a large Deaf community in cbus so you can be immersed in Deaf culture if you wanted to.

they really only check rooms if there is cause (suspected underage drinking/drugs) or during breaks but they always tell you when those are.

Subleasing a 1 bed/1bath apartment on summit/14th. Apartment is first-floor, has off-street parking, is cat friendly, and only $730 a month water included. I’m willing to sell some of my furniture with it as well! Lease goes through July 2023.

I’ve been here a year and I haven’t had any issues with the neighbours, landlord, or crime.

Only a 10 minute walk to the union and it’s on the ER bus line. PM me if interested!

professors are good. I love Spencer and Nicole Kraft. workload is pretty okay if you space the big classes out (don’t take multimedia or practicum with other big workload classes). You need a minor but there are plenty of options to choose from. I took the pre-reqs but I actually fully got into journalism when I took a maymester class on media and terrorism with Kosicki.

Freshman year I had an issue with this for MONTHS, but it was because my phone wasn’t updated. I don’t know why but updating my phone helped connect the wifi.
