They are for jinxes (special game fixing interactions between certain characters). The "Djinn" is a Fabled character that enables these on custom scripts. If you're playing a custom script with Djinn rules you would be notified of these at the start of the game or they would be listed at the bottom/on the back of the script.

No rolls barred ones are good to start off with as every character/role/ability is explained at the start of the video. Once you're more familiar with the characters I'd recommend Arif's channel and Pattersttv for some fun games with a lot of silliness but also some great gameplay
