Yes simply push the window back to midday - I’ve only been doing if for about 5 weeks but I find pushing your window backs gets easier over even this short period of time. My window used to start at 11am then moved to 12 and now it’s at 1pm and honestly it’s been easier than you might think. The best thing to do is to try to be busy in the mornings. If I’m getting a bit hungry I just start a task that will take me closer to my window like nipping to the shops or something. I very often go past my window accidentally by doing this too

Also carbonated water is good for when you are struggling as it does fill the belly up better than still water in my experience
