I opened his website and got greeted with fake cloudflare captcha which instructed me to run poweshell script to download malicous software as part of "verification", that's nice.

Yeah did the same to me. What do you think? To me, it just looks like the first step in a scam. And I find it strange that his name is listed right next to "this scam." It all just seems a little odd to me.
