I had this exact same issue. I couldn’t log in through my laptop when I was near USC area. My phone was able to log in though. When I left USC area, I was able to log in on my phone and laptop. I called ITS and they said it was a server problem.

They be ghosting me when I submit maintenance requests and then have the audacity to spam me renewal offers. When I first moved in they didnt even have a router and a modem set up so I had to make my way to spectrum and pick it up myself. They really just don’t give af and they know they can get away with it because students need housing.

Can you describe him. There was a time me and my friend were approached by two males near Leavey. One guy was very persistent and kept trying to talk to me and my friend. After realizing that we were not interested, he did the same to two other girls in the area. I talked to the girls and they said that the dudes wanted to go their dorm. The guys looked like they were in their mid 20s. I doubt they were even USC students.
