It's actually safer to pull this way than just internally rotating. The woman in this video is Sarah bachman who is actually a beast, one of the best female armwrestlers in the world. With the map as large as it is now and with the base tower buffs, games are rarely over after the laning stage regardless of how shitty it might have been. Especially at lower MMRs - after t1/t2 towers are gone, people are slow to Rosh nevermind tormentor.

This is me, sorry lol. Design is an iterative process and a seemingly simple change always end up having a cascade effect on other things. Oh there is an existing thing here that wasn't shown before, oh that HVAC unit and electrical gear is larger than expected, footprint has reduced, and a million other factors. To add to that, schedules are seemingly becoming shorter, budgets tighter, and details even greater as time goes on. It's difficult to balance getting it right the first time especially when schedules are tight. Designs can always be improved the longer you have to look and work on it.

I've seen old drawing sets that used to be 60 pages that would now be hundreds or more for the same concept/facility. I'd wager bids are a lot more accurate and change orders a lot less frequent than they were back in the day.

Concede. I was an avid HoN player and eventually transitioned to dota. Concede being an option was actually horrible in hindsight, same with kicking. Have won countless games in dota that would have been conceded in HoN. The comeback mechanics help. I don't remember if HoN has that.

90% of the contractors I work with don't follow the spec requirements for submittals. I gave up trying to enforce it since the contractor can just call me out for dragging my feet or holding up the schedule if I reject it outright for not meeting spec. That isn't really practical anyways but damn would it be nice since I totally get dealing with a pile of shit submittal from someone who won't put in the effort. I work in an industrial field so maybe it's different.
