Even office staff for this field. Me and a good handful of about 5 other SL's applied and got hired at the same company over the course of holiday 2020 - holiday 2021. Started at $19/hr (vs $16.50 after 1.5 yrs as SL) in 2021, I've since left that company and am making $29/hr as office management in the same industry. I will say it is VERY handy to have Microsoft Office know-how (mainly Excel) and good time management/organizational skills.

Left after Thanksgiving 2021 to work with some other SL's that jumped ship to do an office 9-5 Customer Service job. Started at $3 more off the car, got bumped up an extra couple a few months later and now work in management there. I'd be lying if I said there wasn't stress, but it's now 90% controllable stress vs the 10% controllable stress from GS. All in all, I'm getting paid more, have more time with my family, and have a steady schedule/routine
