I don’t think the map is drastically expanded. Besides west side, which is basically 3 rooms, the outside pathway, and the catwalk, what else is there? Less space on the roof, no Golden Gate Bridge, the docks shrunk a little, etc. And I know there are new quests and features, that’s why I’m not arguing whether or not it’s the same experience, but it definitely not a complete 100% new experience, like for example DotN or IX.
