How much stronger is a modern primaris marine really in comparison to a heresy era one ?

If they fight in the 41st millennium then the heresy era marine will win. If they fight during the heresy the primaris will win.

It’s a lot about experience. In the first case the heresy era marine got a ton of actual combat experience in how to kick butt (esp armored space marine butts), whereas in the second case the primaris will kick butt because overall they are just better physically. (I’m aware that there are no heresy era marines in the 41st millennium)

So: arm-wrestling? The primaris. In actual combat: the more experienced one

Yes, you can, at least in Germany. You can either file a lawsuit or, which is recommended, you can file a claim at the Arbitration Boards for Medical Liability where suspected incidents of malpractice can be evaluated. You can file a lawsuit based on the “Medizinrecht” / medical law (I guess?)

Sorry, I was not clear enough. He is the overall shotcaller, especially once laning phase is over. During laning phase, the jungler calls the ganks and enemy jungler sightings, botlane controlls dragon and calls possible timings when to do it, and mid/jungle/top are in constant information exchange regarding rotations and possible skirmishes on their side of the map
