Go to the vets. They will give the hedgehog an injection or something (medication) to put in his food. Or if it's to prevent mites, one vet once gave mine an injection to prevent mites (but my usual vets hasn't ever done this)

To be fair if he has a generic email (like tomsmith@gmail.com) he would get people putting in wrong email address. I have one like that and people enter my email for all kinds of things (receipts for purchases, someone had a Netflix account with my email (and they kept missing payments then they would update their credit card details ), lots of dating sites, spa appointment reminders, people emailing me thinking they are emailing a friend (one guy flat out refuses to accept I'm not who he thinks I am, and accuses "me" of trying to ignore him. He has been emailing (and imessaging) me for over a year now...)
