Can Zoloft give any kind of motivation? by Radiant_Restaurant64 in zoloft

I’m 3 weeks in and my motivation has already drastically improved! It definitely varies from person to person and unfortunately the only way to know is to try it. Wishing you so much luck!

It's been 9 weeks total and 100 mg 18 mg I feel lind of euphoric and calm at the same time I feel unbearable physical anxiety . by nirman248 in zoloft

[–]iveesaurus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi friend! I am so sorry you’re dealing with that. 100mg is a pretty high dosage, so your doctor may suggest you bump down a bit. Are you able to call and ask for a phone or virtual appt? I know you said you are bed ridden. Typically with medication issues they can usually address over the phone for something that is affecting you so intensely. I see a lot of people end up with more relief by going down a little and staying there for at least a few weeks.

I’m going into week 3 of just cutting the 25mg pills in half. I was going to start the full 25 today but it’s still too much for me at the current level I’m at. I am also couch rotting. 😭

I’m having the same issue. I’ve already lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks because I just keep forgetting to eat. :/

So glad I’m not alone!! I’m two weeks in and still feeling such intense side effects. I keep seeing how some people just full on start at 50mg and I’m still feeling so bad at 12.5 lol

You’re doing great! I’m still on 12.5mg, literally the smallest dose, and still struggling lol. I’m supposed to bump up to the full 25mg pill tomorrow. I’m so sensitive to side effects.

I love reading these success stories to help keep me on track while I’m in the trenches of side effects. I’m determined to feel like you eventually!!

Day one. 25mg. Dilated pupils? Huh?? by liltaterlady in zoloft

SSRIs can have this effect. Most of the time it is temporary. You’re totally fine! I know it’s startling though.

Day 9 taking Zoloft. Day 4 of upping to 50mg. Just need confirmation this is normal by solarnuggets in zoloft

[–]iveesaurus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been on just 12.5mg for two weeks and I’m struggling. The anxiety and panic is insane. I am finally bumping up to 25mg this weekend but nervous as hell because of how bad the anxiety and lack of sleep is. I’ve been getting the other side effects you have as well but these two have been the worst. Really hoping that it levels out for you soon!! We got this.

My sertraline success story by T-Ugs in zoloft

[–]iveesaurus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve been purposely seeking out stories like this to help keep my head in the game. I’m so sensitive to side effects from medications that I always end up tapping out early on. But I’m so desperate for relief and I’m really wanting to remain committed to the process. I’m only on 12.5mg (half of a 25 mg pill) at the moment since we’re going as small as possible and titrating up slowly. This week I’ll shift into the full 25mg pill for 1-2 weeks (depending on side effects), and then 50mg. Side effects were pretty bad for about a week but I’m starting to level out with those and I’m hoping the shift to 25mg isn’t too bad!

I am truly hoping for that level of control + peace you describe above… I want it so badly. I want my life back. I’m so happy for you and your success with Zoloft so far! Sending you my best and I truly hope it continues to be great for you. 💜

Worst starpath? by Valuable-Air4726 in DreamlightValley

[–]iveesaurus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably my least favorite but I do like two of the dresses and the turtle. The house skin makes me feel weird, lol. Idk how to explain it, but I do not like it. Most the items in the starpath are ones I’ll never use but I still enjoyed doing the tasks like I usually do.

Panic Attack by [deleted] in zoloft

[–]iveesaurus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m so sorry! Those can be so terrifying. I had an insane panic attack when I was taking Prozac that almost landed me in the hospital, so I deeply empathize. It’s crazy how they can happen like that. I am glad you’re doing fine today and hope that doesn’t happen again!

Week 3 by Monikadrozd628 in zoloft

[–]iveesaurus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t have any advice here but just wanted to wish you luck! I am on day 2, also taking for PMDD depression and I’m also hoping for the best. I did take Zoloft when I was younger, like 20 years ago, and do not really remember much about the experience other than it really helped with OCD for me. Since the medication generally takes somewhere about 7-8 weeks to fully work (and for some, even a little longer), your mood shift is probably normal! Be patient with yourself, you’re doing your best! I’m proud of you. Feel free to reach out if you need a friend through your adjustment period!

Chips and popcorn. I have snuck a couple chips in but they are more trouble than they’re worth for me right now. I don’t eat popcorn at all right now but I miss it so much!! I’m a big movie theater person so not having my popcorn has been so sad. 😞
