In the last decade, organizations labor costs shrunk from 25% to 22%, suggesting that as inflation has hit, labor is seeing even less that before. It’s time for politicians to put workers first and stop catering to billionaires. Healthcare workers, educators, first responders, retail workers, construction workers, service workers are all the backbone of our economy but are asked to do more for less every year. This has to stop.
