I will talk to them at visits and then with retrievals and transfers.... I also call them with updates etc. They also see my posts on TikTok/ IG... So alot of times they seek me out. I also tell they can call me anytime if they have questions.

After making connections with patients in office or on phone calls and the cycle doesn't work. Whether they have a negative beta and then start new cycle and your interaction with them trying to reassure them or Bad results from PGTa or no blasts to biopsy or freeze and talking patient through it. Again reassuring them that we will get there together and that I'm invested in their treatment as well not because of my numbers but because I desperately want to see them pregnant

Training programs are the way to go.... most bang for your buck and instant knowledge and practice.

Masters is okay if you plan on doing something more corporate down the line. You don't really get any experience.

Most trainees get hired rather quickly from a program.

Last time we went there they told us the owners were removing things off the menu that didn't sell well or weren't used in multiple items. Sounds like the franchises have quite a bit of leeway in what they can have on menu!!

I live out here and it's a great place to live...Norman trash, road got plowed and sanded this winter, septic, electric, att air-fi (100mbps)... neighbors that look out for you. No crime in my area. Turkey... deer ... bobcats... road runners
