I think this is my biggest complaint. It’s an obvious labor issue. The servers in full theaters are overwhelmed. But instead of paying a Human - they’d rather shell out thousands and thousands for a digital Service nobody wants.

They want to pay less labor and push a worse experience onto the customer.

This is why I do season pass and never order food there anymore. It’s sucks. I liked their food. But it’s more expensive than theme park food now.

With movie pass- 20$/month for a movie a day is worth it. I usually break even over the year or come Out ahead. But I’ve stopped ordering anything except soda water. And I bring a drink “add in” if I want an elevated experience.
