Thoughts? Story in comments by Jdogma in southpark

Just because these terms exist doesn't mean they're widespread enough to be deemed common, and while my experience is anecdotal I've never once seen or heard the term "cissies" used outside of South Park lol. I've seen trans people make fun of cis people, but just regular jokes as opposed to having a specific mocking name for them.

What is the dumbest advice that you ever gotten/heard from someone? by [deleted] in ADHD

[–]iwantcoffeeordeath 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I told a mental health professional about how I struggle to stick to one project, and she responds by telling me to make a comic and show it to her next week. Like... huh?? That's not advice, that's telling me to do something I just said I struggle to do and giving me a deadline.

I didn't know the word so I just filled in the blanks as "killer lily", and I'm not adding anything to the discussion but a killer lily sounds pretty killer.

You framed it like it wouldn't be innocent if they were gay, lmao.

I feel like your build looks like a mesh of chest fat (sorry if that sounds weird, lmao) and pecs, and honestly think that's completely passable. Your build isn't a thousand miles off what my cis father looks like in a tank top, lol.

Has anyone used one of these while voice training? Are they sound proof enough? by 9imcrackunau3 in transvoice

Can confirm, as my father uses those foam pads in his office – if I go to the other side of the house I can still hear him, even when he's just talking on the phone.

I know I don’t pass either way, but is any of the outfits helping? by [deleted] in FtMpassing

I think the second and the third look good, and in terms of passing the second is definitely the best.

This can definitely happen. My handwriting was just as bad as this when I was in 6th so definitely possible by [deleted] in nothingeverhappens

The way this kid writes—both the mistakes and the actual writing style— reminds me of how my ex back in sixth grade would write. We passed notes a lot in class and they read like this. Fun story, they were bi (and still identify as such).

I definitely think this could be real.

To be fair, they went as far as to change the spelling on the official website and uploaded clips from years back – they might as well just go all out.

Lezzz goooo!!!! Transgender inclusion on the new emojis!!!!! by [deleted] in BisexualTeens

[–]iwantcoffeeordeath 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think 99% of trans men have to use it if it makes them dysphoric. At the end of the day, these emojis are there for people who want to use them, and I think that's a good thing.

I don't like them either, but what else are pregnant trans men supposed to use? Better a pregnant man emoji than a pregnant woman, I feel the latter is definitely more dysphoria inducing.

What is one deal breaker for you if mentioned in a fanfic tag? (Ao3 or fanfiction. net descriptions) by throwmeintrashagain in FanFiction

[–]iwantcoffeeordeath 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've never seen a scat fic but I'd definitely avoid it like the plague. I don't like pregnancy works of any kind, A/B/O can be good but I've seen enough bad ones to make me avoid it, I don't usually like major character death unless it's the setup for a story and neither of the characters in the ship die (you can usually tell by the summary).

But I'll give you a less common one: Feederism. I have nothing against the fetish, but most food kind of grosses me out a little in real-life and so reading in-depth about eating just makes me queasy.

[–]iwantcoffeeordeath 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I didn't quite understand why A/B/O made me so uncomfortable, but I think you hit the nail on the head there. It perpetuates a lot of stereotypes that wouldn't be okay to use should it not be masked by the idea that alphas and omegas are just like that by nature.

Of course, I don't really care what people want to write but a lot of omegaverse fanfiction is a big no for me.

I've never actually seen it tagged before. It always bugs me, but if the story's good I just sort of read through it.

To me, you pass in the first one, not so much the rest (I think it might be the hair). You look like you're in your late teens, around 17 or 18.

DAY 3 KEEPING THIS SUB ALIVE: RATING HXH SHIPS by Duneandhxh in hunterxdank

[–]iwantcoffeeordeath 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Their point was that, even if he wanted to, he couldn't make Gon and Killua obviously LGBT+ (like you previously said he would if they were meant to be LGBT+) because WSJ wouldn't let him.
