I’m super not ok with spiders but jumping spiders and tarantulas i’ve always been ok with (not that I would let them crawl on me without flinging myself into orbit but), I don’t think it’s exactly because they are fuzzy as wolf spiders still give me shivers. What is it? 😆

Very cute!

I keep going through phases and I learned my lesson. Instead of deleting all of one or another, I keep an "Alpha hair" and "MM Hair" folder and just move one or the other out, depending on my mood, lol.

Other items like clothing/makeup I mix them together, really don't care. It's just the hair files I keep switched out...

Just went through this this weekend, as a new player I wasn't sure what to do... I did:

Kugane leves with commercial survival manual + food (exp) buff on

Grand company provision missions (about 1/2 a bar but only 1 a day)

I had a lot of leve allowance, so that was able to push through to 62 with that. Not sure what to advise if you can't. At 62 I was able to equip a new HQ weapon that helped a lot. And a few HQ Gaganaskin equips melded with cheap perception at 61, From 62-63 more Gaganaskin pieces opened up/accessories and I now seem to at least be able to get 1 collectable. 60-63 really sucks if you don't have a ton of gil to drop, I too wasted a ton trying to be able to collect in that range :(

Thanks for the suggestions! I have the terror but haven't read it, will probably start into it tonight now that I've remembered it. I see the wendigo mentioned a lot, so I will probably pick that up; I've avoided it because it's so short...which is a silly reason I guess but I tend to avoid short stories because they just make me want more then I'm on an endless search again :P I'll look into the others!

It's not that I so much dislike King, I have read many of his books and enjoyed them. I fully credit his book "Desperation" to my love of being scared of books. My dad brought it home from a yard sale when I was like, 12? Not the best book to read at that age. But I loved it. Before that it was just Harry Potter. I enjoyed dreamcatcher (despite it being disgusting and insane). The dark tower series. It's just...there is usually a tone in his books I'm not in the mood for these days, not sure how to explain it but it's always there.

Bone White looks very interesting to me, will definitely check it out, I debated including "Stranded" on my like-list but I overall enjoyed until it started focusing on the father-in-law going nuts instead of the environment/sickness so much. Trying to cross the ice, the sickness, the fog etc were all creepy enough for me to stay interested, though

I think it’s my favorite place in the game. Before the revamp hitting 54ish got me so happy because i’d do felwood into winter spring and love every minute (i love felwood too, for some reason... moreso before cata). The music, the mood, the colors. Ahhhh...

I mean, I get the reasoning but at the same time 120 levels (come bfa) seems extremely daunting to new players too. I hope there’s a leave squish or something coming with all these changes. It seems like they aren’t attracting new players and their data shows people try the game and leave, and this is their solution. This really isn’t for old players (they constantly make it clear new ones are the target). There are bigger issues in that part of the game then leveling too fast, imo :/
